Book a repair visit

Which machine, and what is it doing? The shop calls you back with a two-hour window. The trip out and the diagnosis run $99; if you then okay the repair, that $99 vanishes into the single total on the sheet. Book the visit for tomorrow or the day after and the repair comes down by up to $15 (same-day visits don’t qualify); a second machine looked at on the same trip takes $10 off its own diagnosis.

$99 to come out and diagnose, absorbed into a repair you approve · nothing you send here leaves the shop.

Repairs happen where the machine is, so nothing gets carried in; the Hawks Prairie address is simply where the van gets loaded and the paperwork gets filed. The form works just as well: name the appliance, describe the symptom, add the model number from the sticker, and the shop calls you back with a window. Get it in before noon and the visit can go on that day’s route. Pick tomorrow or the day after instead and up to $15 comes off the repair; a second machine checked on the same trip takes $10 off its own diagnosis. Open in Google Maps →

Open: Mon–Sat 8–7 · Sunday closed. On Sunday the phone goes to voicemail and messages are returned first thing Monday.

Where the van goes: Hawks Prairie, Jubilee, Meridian Campus, Nisqually and Martin Way East, Lacey, Tanglewilde, Long Lake and Hicks Lake, Johnson Point, South Bay, DuPont, Steilacoom, Lakewood, Yelm and Roy. One total across the whole loop. Neighborhood pages →

Gates and HOA parking: drop the code or the rule into the form and it travels with the job.

Landlords and property managers: include the tenant’s number alongside the address. Whoever is home opens the door, you get the photo and the total by email, you say yes by phone or by reply, and the invoice showing the warranty term reaches your email.

Something quit? Let us put it on the route.

Call or send the form; you hear back with a window before the shop closes, the van arrives carrying the usual parts for your make, and the $99 for the diagnosis rolls into the repair total if you go ahead.
