What we collect
Your name, a mobile number, the street address or complex and unit, the appliance and its symptom, plus, on some jobs, a gate code or an HOA parking instruction. That is what scheduling, writing the total, doing the repair and emailing the invoice with its warranty term require, and we ask for nothing more. The record is kept for the length of the warranty term and deleted afterwards.
Who has access
The scheduling and invoicing tools the shop runs on, plus the form provider that relays website requests into our inbox. That is the full list. We do not sell, rent or swap contact details, and we send no marketing messages of any kind. A gate code is wiped from the notes the moment the repair closes.
Cookies
This site sets none for advertising or tracking. Any visitor counting we ever do is in aggregate and identifies nobody.
